Susan Howard

Susan Howard has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 1981 at the Omni Parker House as a Conference Coordinator and Transient Sales employee. Susan then moved on to The Flatley Company, where they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 1984 to 1989. Susan then joined The Royal Sonesta Hotel as the Director of Sales from 1989 to 1991. After that, they worked at The Colonnade Hotel as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 1991 to 1996. Susan's most recent role was as the VP-Sales at Associated Luxury Hotels from 1996.

Susan Howard obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from Duke University from 1975 to 1977. Following their time at Duke, they pursued further education at Denison University from 1977 to 1979, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in English.
