Suzan Phelps, CPSM, CMQ, Black Belt, has extensive experience in operations, strategic sourcing, and quality management. Currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Specialist at Associated Packaging, Inc. since November 2017, Suzan leads initiatives for business process improvements and safety management. Previously, as Director of Strategic Sourcing at Beretta USA, Suzan successfully managed a significant factory relocation and enhanced manufacturing resource planning processes. At Hartzell Propeller, notable achievements included a 50% reduction in purchased goods inventory and the development of strategic supplier relationships. Previous roles at Goodrich Aircraft Wheels and Brakes and Aeroquip Aerospace involved driving Six Sigma initiatives, quality improvements, and operational excellence. Suzan holds a BS in Engineering, Metallurgy/Materials Science from Michigan Technological University and has pursued MBA studies at San Diego State University.
