Erin Engels

Erin Engels currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Breakthru Beverage Group, where responsibility includes leading the development and execution of the company's commercial strategy and growth agenda. Prior to this role, Erin held various senior positions at Sysco, including Vice President of Sales Strategy and Execution, where enhancements to customer experience and service levels were prioritized. Erin also served as President of Sysco Central Texas, achieving significant financial performance and market share growth. With extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate development, Erin has a strong background in managing P&L, driving sales transformations, and leading integration efforts, including a notable merger attempt with US Foods. Erin holds an MBA and MS in Engineering, as well as a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
