Veronique Foucault has extensive work experience in the media industry. Veronique started their career at Marion High School, Morialty High School, and Aberfoyle Park High School as a French Teaching Assistant. Veronique then worked as a Translator at CONTINUUM in Paris, where they translated technical documents and provided interpreting services. Veronique later transitioned to Head of International Product Management, where they focused on the video archive and live news products.
Currently, Veronique is the Head of Visual Archives and Product Operations at The Associated Press. In this role, they oversee AP's Photo and Video Archives, manages vendor relationships and costs, troubleshoots and develops the archive platform, and advises on copyright matters.
Veronique Foucault obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Université catholique de l'Ouest in 1990. Veronique then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Translation and Interpreting in French/English/German from the same university, completing it in 1991. In 1994, they achieved a Masters Degree in English from Université catholique de l'Ouest as well. Additionally, Veronique attended Sacre-Coeur, Mayenne and the University of Adelaide, but specific years and degrees attained are not provided.
