Steven Case is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as the UK IT Systems Administrator at Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. since October 2020, Steven manages all IT-related issues for staff in the UK and EU, providing support for various hardware and software systems, including Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments. Previous roles include IT Systems & Networking Technician at Fairfield Independent Hospital and IT Support & Systems Administrator at Claremont, demonstrating expertise in Active Directory management, networking support, and IT infrastructure maintenance. Steven holds a GNVQ in Information Technology and has engaged in continuous home study projects to further enhance technical skills.
