With a Master's degree in Education Administration from California Polytechnic State University, Ventura has held various roles in organizations such as Corwin Press and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Known for their motivational speaking and practical, research-based strategies, Ventura also served as the Superintendent of EDISON SCHOOL DISTRICT from 2007 to 2009.
