Barbarita Lara Martínez

Barbarita Lara Martínez is a member of the Circle of Innovation at ICARE Chile and works as an Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technological Transfer Advisor at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. Barbarita also serves as the Project Leader for the Emergency Information System at EMERCOM, where Barbarita is the CEO & Co-Founder. With a background in Computer Engineering and Civil Electronic Engineering, Barbarita has expertise in systems development, webmastering, and disruptive communication solutions.
