Jean-Baptiste Hibon is a professional speaker and comedian with extensive experience in diversity management and disability advocacy. Since May 2013, Jean-Baptiste has served as a professional speaker, delivering talks at prominent TEDx events, focusing on innovation through disability. As the founder and president of Congrès Nouvelle Ère, Jean-Baptiste aims to create collaborative solutions for disability inclusion in society and organizations. Additionally, Jean-Baptiste has been a trainer and educator, teaching courses and conducting training on diversity and human potential at various institutions, including ISCL. With a solid academic background in communication and psychology from Université de Technology de Compiègne and Université de Lorraine Nancy, Jean-Baptiste combines expertise in human resources consulting and immersive training approaches to foster understanding and innovation around disability.
