Lily Davidson

Lily Davidson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Children's Hospital Coalition since July 2024, Lily supports initiatives to eliminate drug shortages in children's hospitals. As Vice President at Association Management Strategies, Inc. since July 2018, leadership includes overseeing operations, IT, communications, and client relations. Previous roles encompass Director of Operations at the Association of Dental Support Organizations, Chief Operations Officer at La Clinica del Pueblo, and Sr. Director of Operations, Finance & Administration at the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association, where significant contributions included team supervision and membership growth.
