Emma Phillips

Emma Phillips has a diverse work experience in human resources. Emma began their career in 2005 as a Group Coordinator at Buro Happold before joining Boots in 2007. At Boots, Emma held various roles, including HR Coordinator and Assistant HR Advisor, where they provided advice and support to line managers and participated in consultation projects. In 2011, they moved to Aurora Fashions Ltd as an ER Advisor and later transitioned to become an HR Advisor, focusing on the Oasis Head Office population in London. Emma then joined the Association of British Insurers in 2013, starting as an HR Advisor before eventually being promoted to Human Resources Manager and then Head of Human Resources, overseeing resourcing, training, and development.
