Ariel Singer is an experienced professional in behavioral health and healthcare transformation, currently serving as the Rapid Engagement Project Director at the Association of Oregon Community Mental Health Programs since February 2021. In this role, Ariel leads initiatives aimed at improving outpatient public behavioral health access. Prior experience includes serving as a Social Health Practice Facilitator at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute, where efforts were focused on implementing social health screening in primary care, and as a Human-Centered Healthcare Faculty member at Parsons School of Design. Ariel held varied positions at the Oregon Primary Care Association, including Community Health Center Transformation Director and Partnership and Innovation Director, focusing on care transformation, patient-centered practices, and community health partnerships. Additional roles include Program and Training Director for the Northwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center at OHSU and Health Coach with Health Management Services. Ariel holds a Master of Public Health from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon.
