Alina R. currently serves as the HR Manager at AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG, overseeing recruitment processes across multiple European locations and partially in the USA since May 2023. Responsibilities include exploring innovative recruitment methods, conducting technical interviews, preparing monthly reports, monitoring salaries, enhancing candidate experience, and managing employer branding initiatives in collaboration with local universities and job fairs. Previously, Alina worked as a Recruiter at AWTG Ltd from March 2022 to May 2023 and at Orangesoft from August 2021 to March 2022. Alina holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Literature, and Linguistics from Брестский государственный университет, completed in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
