Hervé Caillet

Hervé Caillet has extensive work experience in various companies. Hervé started their career at Motorola in 1998 as a Software Development Engineer, where they focused on developing and supporting manufacturing line tracking applications. In 2001, they joined Nestlé as a Project Manager and later became a Business Application Analyst, responsible for delivering performance reports and implementing asset management tools. In 2008, Hervé joined Kudelski Group and held several roles, including Senior Project Manager, Head of Enterprise Applications, and Director of the Office of the CIO. During this time, they led various projects and redefined portfolio and project management processes. In 2021, Hervé joined Assura as the Head of CIO Office, and in 2022, they took on the role of Head of IT Service Management.

Hervé Caillet earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Eseo in 2001. In 1999, they obtained a Cambridge First Certificate in English from the University of Bath. In 2011 to 2012, they studied Accounting and Finance at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2016, SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2014, PMP® - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2014, COBIT Foundation from ISACA in 2010, Prince2 Practitioner from the Office of Government Commerce in 2010, ITIL Practitioner (Incident, Problem and Service Level Management) from the Office of Government Commerce in 2008, Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher from the University of Cambridge in 2005, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
