Patrick Grandfils

Patrick Grandfils is currently the Director of the Finance Department at Assura. Patrick has previous experience as the Head of Group Finance (CFO) at Kepler Cheuvreux and as a Senior Manager / Director of M&A at Deloitte Finance. Prior to that, they served as an Officer in the French Navy.

Patrick has a long and successful history in finance. Patrick has experience with accounting and IFRS, controlling costs, treasury, corporate finance, and assisting top management with debt restructuring and financial due diligence for potential acquisitions. Patrick has also managed finance teams of up to 20 people.

In 2009, Patrick was involved in the MBO of Cheuvreux Group from Credit Agricole, including the merger/integration process of Cheuvreux Group with Kepler. Patrick has also been a sponsor of finance optimization projects and tools for accounting, treasury, management control, and Basel 3 regulatory requirements.

Patrick Grandfils is a French businessman and entrepreneur. Patrick is the co-founder of the financial information website Boursorama.com and the current CEO of the company.

Grandfils began their career as an engineer, graduating from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique pour l'Industrie et l'Entreprise (ENSIIE). Patrick then obtained a French Professional Diploma for Statutory Auditor from the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC, France). Patrick also holds a DECF from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.

Grandfils later obtained a Master in Management from HEC Paris. Their areas of expertise include management, finance, strategy, and mathematics.
