Heidi Delobelle

Heidi Delobelle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of AG Insurance since 1998. In this role, Heidi leads the Employee Benefits and Healthcare business unit, fostering client relationships through customized pension and healthcare solutions. Significant achievements include driving digital transformation, launching AG Health Partner, and embracing capital-light product strategies. Previously, as Chief Risk Officer, Heidi implemented Solvency II and established risk management frameworks. In addition to roles within AG Insurance, Heidi holds leadership positions in the Ageas Group and Assuralia, serving on various committees and boards. Heidi's educational background includes multiple Master's degrees from KU Leuven and participation in the Blue Ocean Strategy Programme at INSEAD.
