Ray Rafferty

Ray Rafferty has extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on serving institutional clients. Currently working as the Vice President Operations at Assurant, where Ray leads operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve service level agreements, and drive profit and loss results. Prior to their current role, Ray held leadership positions at QBE FIRST, National City Bank, The Vanguard Group, and Keystone Insurance Company. Ray holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
