Helen Pearce

Helen Pearce has a wealth of work experience in Human Resources, beginning with their role as an HR Administrator at HarperCollins Publishers in 2005. Helen then moved on to become an HR Executive at Beacon Homeloans in 2006, followed by an HR Specialist at FM Global in 2010. In 2011, Helen began their work at Visa as an HR Adviser, where they managed complex employee relations issues and had line management responsibility for an HR Assistant. Helen then moved to American Express in 2012, where they served as an Employee Relations Manager, responsible for a team of four ER Specialists. Most recently, Helen has been a Senior Manager Human Resources Operations at Blackhawk Network Europe since 2019, and is currently an HR Operations Manager at Assure Hedge since 2022.
