Tom Gustina

Tom Gustina has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 as a Case Management Supervisor at the Council on Aging of Southwest Ohio. In this role, they managed a team of case managers and performed various tasks such as reviewing documentation and conducting eligibility determinations.

In 2002, Tom joined Warren County Community Services as a Case Manager. Here, they assessed and enrolled participants in the Warren County Elderly Services Program, maintaining regular contact and performing documentation and statistical reporting.
