Uma Kotaru

Uma Kotaru has an extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and technology. Uma is currently working as a Lead Technical Analyst at AssureCare LLC, where they manage multiple deliverables and prioritizes sprint backlog for project development. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Data Analyst at CareSource, a nonprofit health plan, for five years. Uma also worked as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Production Support Lead at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for five years. In the beginning of their career, they worked as an SQL Developer/DBA at Wipro for two years.

Uma Kotaru holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Silicon Valley University, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Uma also obtained a certification in Computer Science from NIIT. Uma completed their intermediate education with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Sri Chaitanya Jr Kalasala. Lastly, they completed their Secondary School Certificate at Loyola High School. In 2018, Uma obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
