Matthew McDaniels

Matthew McDaniels is a Systems Engineer I at Assured Information Security (AIS) since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew served as CIT Support Staff at Syracuse University from October 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing IT Help Desk operations, conducting technical diagnostics, and executing employee training programs. Matthew has military experience as a satellite communications operator in the US Army from April 2015 to April 2021. Additional experience includes an internship as a Network Engineer at Utica College and various roles in maintenance and support at other organizations. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science, completed in 2022.
