Chris Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career in 1992 at Jackson National Life as a Call Center Manager, where they created and managed the Executive Client Services group. They then moved on to ACN in 1999, where they held the role of Application Development Manager for eight years. In 2008, Chris joined AssurX as an APSO Project Manager and later became a Professional Services Team Leader. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Director of Professional Services at AssurX, responsible for all service-related activities and project deliveries. Currently, Chris serves as a Business Application Engineer at AssurX, contributing to their growth by designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions, and collaborating with the CPO and Product Management team on new solutions.
Chris Roberts attended DeVry University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Computer Information Systems. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Yellow Belt of Lean Six Sigma Methodology from SixSigma.us in May 2020, followed by the White Belt of Lean Six Sigma Methodology from the same institution in April 2020. More recently, in June 2022, Chris obtained certifications in HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates and HIPAA Security from HIPAATraining.com.
