Teresa Stanula

Teresa Stanula has been with AST since 1999, starting as the Global Operations Director for Talent Management. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the Cyber Security Line of Business, focusing on assessing and realigning the security talent for long-term growth. This included designing and defining six new roles, eliminating 16 outdated roles, and establishing new skills and training plans.

In their current role as VP of Human Resources, Teresa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR for AST. Teresa has been instrumental in implementing new initiatives such as a sales compensation structure and consultant bonus enhancement plan. Teresa has also created a view of workforce analytics in tableau dashboard format, which allows for better decision making when it comes to utilization, pipeline, quota attainment, requisitions, headcount, and KPIs.

Teresa Stanula has a certificate in organizational design from DePaul University, an MBA from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and a BS from Eastern Illinois University. Teresa also has certification from Linkage in coaching leaders.

Teresa Stanula reports to Pravin Kumar, CEO. They work with Jennifer Mascari - SVP Public Sector, Ajit Sathaye - VP, Pre Sales, and Prasad Nettem - Vice President, ERP.
