Kristin Konen

Kristin Konen currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at TAS Energy, a position held since February 2011, and has progressed through various roles within the company, including Human Resources Director and HR Generalist. Kristin's extensive experience encompasses leading performance and merit review processes, administering HRIS systems, and managing internal compensation plans. Prior to TAS Energy, Kristin worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Menards, where responsibilities included recruitment and payroll processing, and as a Human Resources Intern at Silver Star Brands, assisting in the hiring of seasonal employees. Kristin holds a BBA in Human Resource Management and Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
