Sean Wallace

Sean Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Sean recently joined AST SpaceMobile as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cogent Communications, where they focused on capital raising, improving ESG activities, and evaluating strategic opportunities. Before that, they were the Managing Partner at Dragon Blue Ltd., where they focused on developing industrial real estate opportunities. Earlier in their career, they were the Group Head of Commercial and Institutional Coverage at Standard Chartered Bank and the Co-Head of Investment Banking, Asia Pacific ex-Japan at J.P. Morgan.

Sean Wallace earned a Bachelor's Degree in History and Economics from Harvard University between 1981 and 1985. Sean then went on to attend Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in General Management from 1987 to 1989.
