Dave Rogoff

Dave Rogoff has a diverse work experience in the field of IT audit and consulting. Dave began their career as a Vice President at Bankers Trust, where they managed audits of various departments and later transitioned to IT audit management. Dave then worked as an IT Audit Manager at Salomon Brothers, overseeing audits of trading desks and back-office operations. At CIBC World Markets, Dave managed pre-implementation reviews of global trading systems and provided IT support for financial audits. Dave also served as an Independent IT SOX Consultant at American Express Tax and Business Services, managing SOX 404 readiness preparation. As a Senior Consultant at Experis, they conducted audits for companies in various industries, including pharma, law firms, and construction. Currently, Dave is the Lead IT Audit Manager for American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, responsible for US and Canada operations.

Dave Rogoff earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Baruch College, where they studied from 1974 to 1979. Later on, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same college, completing their studies from 1980 to 1985.
