Xin Xing Phua

Xin Xing Phua is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and audit services. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager at Astar Foundation since August 2022, Xin has successfully led a comprehensive overhaul of financial processes, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance through collaboration with stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Prior to this role, Xin held various positions at Deloitte from January 2018 to July 2022, culminating as Finance Manager, where leadership skills facilitated a client’s successful listing on the SGX Mainboard. Xin's early career includes critical roles as an Assistant Manager, Audit Senior, and Audit Associate at Deloitte, and an internship at KPMG Singapore in the Tax Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma with Merit in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
