Amandine Delahaie

Amandine Delahaie currently serves as General Legal Counsel at Asteelflash since March 2014, providing legal support to 21 legal entities worldwide while reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this role, Amandine held the position of Regional Legal Manager for Brenntag, overseeing the legal department in the Asia Pacific region from offices in Bangkok and Singapore from April 2009 to January 2014. Amandine's career also includes experience as Regional Legal Counsel for Rhodia in Shanghai, addressing a wide array of legal issues and establishing procedures in alignment with regional requirements from 2006 to 2009. Amandine's legal foundation includes a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and a Master in European Business Law from Dundee Law School, complemented by another Master's degree in Business Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
