Elodie Michel

Elodie Michel is a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer at Astek since March 2022, where responsibilities include sourcing, candidate qualification, coaching, onboarding, and brand development, alongside managing an intern. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Officer at GLS France (March 2020 - October 2021) and a Legal Assistant in Social Law, handling contract drafting, legal advice, and dispute management. Elodie also worked as a Social Law Jurist at CIC, focusing on the establishment of the Social and Economic Committee and providing HR legal support. Initial experience as a Recruitment Research Officer at Stan le Scolan RH involved sourcing and interviewing candidates.
