Amy Hsu

Amy Hsu has over 25 years of work experience in the biotechnology industry. Amy started their career at Merck as a Scientist II from 1993 to 1994. Amy then moved on to DuPont, where they worked as a Senior Research Associate from 1994 to 2004, focusing on strain improvement and chemical project using biotechnology. In 2005, Amy joined Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc. as a Senior Research Specialist II and held this role until 2019. Currently, they are working at Astellas Gene Therapies as a Senior Research Associate, CMC Analytical Development.

Amy Hsu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fu Jen Catholic University in the years 1984 to 1989. Amy then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Mississippi State University from 1990 to 1993.
