Megan Sullivan

Megan Sullivan has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Megan currently serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Experience & Commercial Innovation at Astellas Gene Therapies, where they are responsible for enhancing customer experience and leading digital marketing capabilities. Prior to this, Megan was the Vice President of Commercial Innovation & Operations at Sobi - North America, where they developed and executed strategies to enhance commercial effectiveness and customer centricity. Megan also held the position of Vice President of US Commercial Operations at Shire, where they led a team and implemented commercial excellence strategies. Megan has also worked at Lundbeck, Baxter Healthcare, Boston Scientific, LMA North America, and Johnson & Johnson, where they held various sales, training, and leadership development roles.

Megan Sullivan began their education journey in 1994 at Loyola University Chicago, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Megan successfully completed their studies in this field in 1996.
