Kamila Grembowicz

Kamila Grembowicz currently serves as the Head of Global Business Solutions division at Astellas Pharma since June 2024. Previously, Kamila held the position of Head GBS Delivery Excellence and Transitions at JTI, overseeing the establishment of a 1300+ employee GBS organization during the pandemic, as well as managing transitions and building capabilities in compliance and automation. At adidas, Kamila was Senior VP of Global Business Services, leading the transformation from a financial shared services model to a nearly 1000-employee global business services operation. Kamila's extensive experience includes significant roles at RGP, Syngenta, and Novartis, where responsibilities spanned planning, implementation, and management of shared services across various regions and functions. Kamila holds an EMBA from London Business School and certifications in Executive Coaching from IMD, among other educational qualifications.
