Grace Lloyd

Grace Lloyd has extensive work experience in asset management and property investment. Grace started their career at Synergy Housing in 2010, where they worked as an Asset Management Analyst and later as a Project Assistant in Business Development. In 2012, they joined Aster Group UK as a Development Trainee and gradually progressed to become a Stock Appraisal Officer, Senior Stock Appraisal Officer, and finally a Property Investment Manager. In their roles at Aster Group UK, Grace was responsible for strategic asset appraisals, managing underperforming assets, and generating income through disposals. Grace also played a key role in developing and implementing asset management plans aligned with the organization's objectives.

Grace Lloyd attended Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw from 1991 to 1996. Grace then enrolled in Gwent Tertiary College from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a GNVQ ADV in Leisure and Tourism. In 1999, Grace Lloyd attended the University of Gloucestershire and completed their BA (Hons) in International Marketing Management in 2001. Grace furthered their education at the University College of Estate Management, where they obtained a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management, specializing in Property Investment and Finance, from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, in 2016, Grace Lloyd also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management.
