Kelly Woolford has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Kelly started their career at Sainsbury's in 2009, where they worked as a Customer Services Agent until 2015. In 2015, they joined Aster Group UK as a Customer Service Team Leader and progressed to become the Customer Experience Lead.
