May Yoon

May Yoon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. May is currently serving as the Chief Operations & People Officer at Aster Insights since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Agio from April 2020 to December 2021. May also worked as the Chief People Officer at CLEAR (clearme.com) from January 2019 to April 2020. Before that, May held various roles at Hudson's Bay Company, including VP of Customer Experience & Innovation, Vice President of the Office of the CEO, and Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mercer as Principal, HR Leader - Talent North America, Principal, Head of Learning & Development - Talent Global, Senior Associate, Strategy & Corporate Development, and Associate, Human Capital Strategy & Operations. May began their professional journey as an Analyst at McKinsey & Company and had a brief stint as a Summer Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

May Yoon holds a Master's degree in Management and Strategy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). May also has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Psychology from Wellesley College.
