Ben Rodney

Ben Rodney serves as the Executive Director of IT at Taiho Oncology, Inc. following the acquisition of Astex Pharmaceuticals in January 2024. Prior to this role, Ben Rodney held various senior positions at Astex Pharmaceuticals, including Executive Director and Senior Director of Information Technology, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating IT integration programs for new affiliates, overseeing cyber security initiatives, and managing global budget development and reporting. Ben Rodney’s expertise includes software and network validation, compliance with FDA regulations and Sarbanes Oxley, IT audit readiness, and enhancements in network performance. Additionally, Ben Rodney has experience in project management, physical and data security, and supervising IT departments.
