Aika Aluc, MPH, has a diverse range of work experience in the public health sector. Aika is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange. Previously, Aika worked at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, where they served as the Director of State and Community Engagement and Senior Analyst for Maternal and Infant Health. In these roles, they managed various projects, provided personnel support, and created deliverables such as fact sheets, articles, and toolkits. Before that, Aika worked as a Communications Associate at Women in Global Health, a Health Equity Fellow at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, a Clara Schiffer Fellow at the Jacobs Institute of Women's Health, an Admissions Counselor at The George Washington University, and a Graduate Intern for the Health Resources and Services Administration.
