In 2011, they obtained a certificate in Advanced Social Media from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, they hold a certification in Public Health (CPH) from the NBPHE, obtained in 2010. Ellen Pliska also briefly studied International Culture and Women's Studies at Utrecht University in 2002. Before entering university, they attended Evanston Township High School (ETHS) from 1995 to 1999.
