Terry C. Bast has extensive experience in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, currently serving as the ASTM F18 First Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Long Range Planning Subcommittee at ASTM International since July 2010. In addition to these leadership roles, Terry holds positions as a committee member and recording secretary within the organization. At Hanco International, where Terry has worked since March 1995, responsibilities include serving as Division Manager, overseeing the manufacturing of high voltage electrical test equipment. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Sandia National Laboratories from July 1988 to March 1995, where Terry held the position of Senior Technical Aide. Terry also possesses an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stark State College and furthered education at the University of New Mexico School of Engineering.
