Kaitlin Warren

Kaitlin Warren has extensive experience in sales practice leadership and account management. Kaitlin has worked at TEKsystems since 2024 as a Sales Practice Lead. Prior to that, they were a Sales Practice Lead II at Aston Carter starting from 2014. Before their role at Aston Carter, Kaitlin worked at Aerotek where they held various positions including Sales Practice Lead, Account Manager II, Account Manager, and Recruiter. Their responsibilities included managing customer relationships, developing strategic staffing/recruiting models, leading and developing internal teams, and ensuring client hiring needs are met efficiently and with high quality. Kaitlin primarily supported Financial and Business Service customers in Austin, Texas.

Kaitlin Warren attended Ball State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Kaitlin has also received additional certifications from Aston Carter, including an Anniversary: 5 Years certification and a Legacy Contest: 6 Wins certification, both obtained in 2023.
