Laszlo Molnar

Laszlo Molnar is a seasoned aerospace and design engineer with extensive experience spanning over three decades in high-profile companies within the aerospace and automotive industries. As the Senior Director at Aston Martin F1 Team since September 2016, Laszlo leads a team of 30 engineers, focusing on skill-based delegation, talent acquisition, and prototype development, alongside expertise in various advanced engineering tools and methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Aerospace Design Engineer at Embraer Aerospace, where innovative concept designs were prioritized, and multiple engineering positions at Boeing, where notable contributions were made to the structural designs of major aircraft models including the 747, 767, and 777. Laszlo began a career in design engineering with a foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by degrees and self-taught expertise in stress analyses, CFD, and composite design.
