Laura Morgan, CIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for HR Operations at Aston Martin F1 Team since September 2025, Laura previously held key roles at Charles Tyrwhitt, including HR Operations and Payroll Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HR systems management, employee relations support, and policy development.
