Natasha Wilkinson

Natasha Wilkinson has a diverse background in recruitment and talent management. Natasha is currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & Talent at Aston Martin F1 Team since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager at The ONE Group Ltd from November 2020 to July 2021. Natasha has also worked at Robert Half, where they served as an Associate Director from January 2016 to October 2020, and as a Manager of Temporary Services from April 2014 to January 2015. Natasha has experience managing teams and placing candidates in various accounting and finance positions. Before joining Robert Half, Natasha was the Director at Ascendant Recruitment, where they led a team and specialized in providing temporary, contract, and permanent staff. Natasha has also worked as a Manager of Temporary Services at Robert Half International, managing recruitment consultants and placing candidates in temporary and temp-to-perm positions. Natasha started their career as a Manager of Temporaries at Nigel Lynn Associates and worked as a Personal Lines Clerk at AGF Insurance Ltd. from 1990 to 1996.

Natasha Wilkinson attended Thornton Convent for Girls from 1982 to 1987. From 1987 to 1989, they pursued A levels at Bletchley College.
