Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is an experienced professional in the motorsport industry, currently serving as the Direct Procurement Manager at Aston Martin F1 Team since November 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions at Haas F1 Team as a Senior Technical Buyer and Technical Buyer between November 2018 and November 2022. Stephen gained extensive engineering experience at Richardson Racing as a Data/Race Engineer from March 2012 to October 2020, where responsibilities included race car setup, preparation, and full car rebuilds. Additional roles include Programme Buyer for Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, Buyer and Design Engineer at Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd, and Data Engineer at West Surrey Racing Ltd. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (BEng Hons) in Motorsport Design Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland, completed in 2013, and attended Lenzie Academy from 2002 to 2007.
