Sadhna Agrawal has been working in the corporate world since 1989. Sadhna began their career with CSC as a member of the Program Management Team. In 1995, they moved to Systems Integration & Development, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager. In 2000, they became the President & CEO of Astor & Sanders.

Sadhna Agrawal has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University.
