Anton Grebener has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Anton started their career at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in 2013 as a Junior CIP Coordination, where they focused on lean management and organizational development. Anton then moved up to become a CIP Specialist and later a Business Strategy Support Manager, leading key projects and supporting regional growth. In 2017, Anton became a Regional Project Manager for contract logistics, overseeing warehousing projects in the MENASA region. Anton then joined Hellmann MAS Supply Chain as General Manager in 2018, responsible for establishing a joint venture company and managing operations. Anton was later promoted to CEO of Hellmann MAS Supply Chain, where they focused on driving digitalization and establishing a high-performance culture. Currently, Anton is working at Astound Commerce as the Head of Sales and Partnerships DACH, leading sales efforts and enabling go-to-market strategies in digital commerce. Their areas of expertise include omni-channel eCommerce and composable commerce.

Anton Grebener earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universität Osnabrück in 2013. In 2011 to 2012, they studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Mississippi. Anton then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Anton has acquired certifications in "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera Course Certificates, and "Weiterbildung Zertifizierte:r E-Commerce Manager:in" from Haufe Akademie.
