Kevin L. Beebe

Kevin Beebe is a Co-Founder of Astra and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Beebe has over 30 years of experience in communications and technology and has executed and managed over $60 billion of transactions within the industry over the course of his career. Prior to co-founding Astra, Mr. Beebe was President and Chief Executive Officer of 2BPartners, LLC, a partnership that provides strategic, financial and operational advice to investors and management, and whose clients include The Carlyle Group, GS Capital Partners, KKR and TPG Capital. Previously, he was Group President of Operations at ALLTEL Corporation, a telecommunications services company. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Beebe served as Executive Vice President of Operations for 360° Communications Co., a wireless communications company. He is on the board of directors of Syniverse Technologies, Skyworks Solutions, Inc., SBA Communications, and Nextel International. Mr. Beebe holds a BA in Economics from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Economics from Bowling Green University in Ohio. He also completed the Columbia University Executive Program in Business Administration.
