Jaime Melkonoff

Jaime Melkonoff, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and President of AstranaCare Texas at Astrana Health since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jaime held various senior leadership positions at Prospect Medical Systems from September 2017 to August 2023, including SVP of Business Development and Strategy for a Medical Group/IPA and Managed Services Organization, as well as SVP of Financial Operations and Integration. Experience also includes serving as a Healthcare Consultant between January 2016 and January 2020, Plan Chief Operations Officer at Molina Healthcare from July 2016 to September 2017, and Chief Operating Officer at Health Choice from February 2012 to January 2016. Earlier career roles include Director of Electronic Business and Project Management Office at CalOptima and Director of Information Systems and Claims at Health Choice. Jaime Melkonoff holds an MBA in Business Administration from Brandman University, a BAS in Public Agency Service from Northern Arizona University, and an AAS in Computer Technology from Rio Salado Community College.
