Nick H. serves as the Recruiting Manager at Astranis Space Technologies since November 2021, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing full life cycle recruiting. In 2024, Nick led the team to achieve over 200 total hires and has played a critical role in building the software department from 20 to 100 engineers. Previously, Nick held positions at Randstad Technologies US, excelling as a Senior Technical Recruiter and leading training initiatives for new recruiters, as well as filling in as Recruiting Director. Early experience includes a Head Lacrosse Coach role at All West Lacrosse from 2014 to 2018, coaching multiple camps and tournaments. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Bryant University, obtained in 2018.
