Alexandra Arleroth

Alexandra Arleroth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, supply chain management, and demand planning within the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance for OSD Sweden Operations at AstraZeneca since August 2025, Alexandra previously held the position of Manager of NPI Supply Chain at Cepheid and Demand Planning Manager for the Nordics at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership of local and remote teams was emphasized. Alexandra's earlier roles at AstraZeneca included management positions in planning, production, and quality assurance, where a focus on cross-functional collaboration and process improvement was evident. Holding a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Gothenburg, Alexandra's expertise is complemented by various educational experiences at AstraZeneca and Linnaeus University.
