Jurre Kamphorst, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Multiomics and Integrated Bioanalysis at AstraZeneca since May 2025. Previously, Jurre held positions such as Head of Mass Spectrometry Technology & Biomarkers at Olaris, Inc., where strategic initiatives in biomarker studies and mass spectrometry technology were led. As Director of Clinical Metabolism and Biomarkers at Rheos Medicines, Jurre implemented a biomarker and precision medicine strategy for clinical trials. Earlier experience includes roles as Career Development Fellow & Group Leader at Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute, focusing on cancer research and securing substantial funding, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Princeton University, contributing to innovative cancer research projects. Jurre holds an MSc and a PhD in Biopharmaceutical Sciences and Analytical Biosciences from Leiden University.
